Reema Rasheed

Reema Rasheed is a seasoned governance leader, internal audit professional, mindset coach, and emerging professional speaker with over 17 years of experience shaping organizational culture, integrity, and leadership in the Maldives. She currently serves as the Chairperson of the State Internal Audit Committee of the Government of Maldives, where she leads national efforts to strengthen public sector governance and ethical accountability.

She is the Founder & Managing Partner of Coencio LLP and a Founder of The Coaching Co, blending her deep expertise in internal audit with her credentials as a Master Practitioner and Master Coach in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Timeline Therapy®, and ICF Professional & Group Coaching to help leaders navigate mindset, emotional resilience, and personal transformation.

She also serves on the Executive Committees of both the Internal Audit Association of Maldives and the Maldives Professional Speakers Association.

Her contributions to governance and women's leadership have earned her national recognition, including the Rehendhi Award for Leadership and Governance (2025) and the GOLD Award for Career Leadership in Auditing (2024) by Women in Management, Maldives.

As a professional speaker, she has inspired audiences at major national platforms through her transformational keynotes and talks. She has also facilitated and delivered programs and sessions across almost all atolls in the Maldives, reaching students, parents, corporates, and communities through Enlighten a Mindful Community, an NGO she co-founded with a vision to build a mindful and resilient society.
